About Amanda
Amanda Siftar; a Tampa native, has successfully applied over 20 years of extensive marketing and sales experience to assist buyers and sellers with their residential real estate needs. The Siftar Group is brokered by Smith and Associates Real Estate Inc.; the largest luxury real estate firm in Tampa. Amanda began her career by working with developers in selling large scale condominium and townhome communities. She has personally sold 800+ homes and has closed over $300 million in real estate volume.

Amanda understands how to create an emotional response when selling a home. Her ability to organize and attention to detail allows her clients to be aware of all stages of the process from negotiation to closing. Amanda advocates for her clients, providing invaluable knowledge and strategies that have taken years to develop.
Amanda is committed to giving back to the community by donating time to various non-profits in Tampa, including New Life Warehouse; an organization that helps foster families, trafficking victims, and other families in need. She is also a member of the non-profit organization MOMS Offering Moms Support, which provides support for mothers and children in the community.
Amanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and Marketing from ORU in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors. During her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, cooking and relaxing at the beach.
